Role Overview

n

We are looking for an Automation QE - Cypress to drive test automation, quality engineering practices, and automation strategy across product teams.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Define and drive the test automation strategy and roadmap.
n
- Design, enhance, and maintain Cypress automation frameworks.
n
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
n
- Develop and maintain stubs and mocks for reliable test execution.
n
- Drive functional, regression, smoke, component, API, and E2E testing.
n
- Identify and resolve flaky and redundant tests to improve automation quality.
n
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and platform teams in an Agile setting.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Cypress automation.
n
- Experience with CI/CD integration and automated quality gates.
n
- Strong understanding of test stubbing/mocking and API testing.
n
- Experience with Jest, Storybook, and Xray.
n
- Experience in automation framework design and QE leadership.
n
- Good understanding of risk-based and shift-left testing practices.
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

- Exposure to AI-led Quality Engineering.

- Experience optimizing test coverage across UI, unit, component, and API layers.
