Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Service Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM Service. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementation, enhancements, configuration, and production support for CRM Service processes.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Configure and support SAP CRM Service processes.
n
- Work on service requests, service orders, service confirmations, and service contracts.
n
- Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
n
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
n
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers.
n
- Perform SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities.
n
- Integrate SAP CRM with ECC/S4 and other SAP modules.
n

Required Skills

n
- 7+ years of SAP CRM Service experience.
n
- Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation.
n
- Hands-on experience in enhancement and support projects.
n
- Robust configuration knowledge in SAP CRM Service.
n
- Experience in functional documentation and testing.
n
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
