What we are looking for

Role: Informatica Admin

n

Experience Range: 5 to 8 Years

n

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Must Have:

Key Responsibilities

n

Platform Administration

n

n
- Administer Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, IICS, MDM, CDIPC environments
n
- Start/stop Informatica services, repositories, and nodes
n
- Perform user / group / role management
n
- Apply standard configuration changes as per SOPs
n
- Manage code deployments to higher environments
n

n

Monitoring & Incident Management

n

n
- Monitor Informatica services, workflows, and schedules
n
- Perform daily health checks and job monitoring
n
- Analyze session and workflow failures
n
- Restart failed jobs and services where applicable
n
- Work on L2 incidents, service requests, and alerts
n
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L3
n

n

Good to Have:

Environment Support

n

n
- Support DEV, SIT, UAT, and PROD Informatica environments
n




- Perform environment validation post-maintenance
n
- Assist during application releases and patch windows
n
- Coordinate with ETL developers, DBA, Unix, Storage, Network teams
n

Backup & Compliance

n

n
- Execute and validate repository backups
n
- Maintain access and audit compliance
n
- Follow change management and release processes
n
- Update runbooks and operational documents
n

n

Essential

Skills & Experience (L2)

n

Technical Skills

n

n
- Informatica PowerCenter / IICS administration
n
- Linux/Unix system knowledge
n
- Basic SQL troubleshooting
n
- Scheduler, workflow logs, session logs analysis
n
- ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy)
n

n

Experience

n

n
- 3–6 years of Informatica Administration experience
n
- Experience supporting production systems
n
- BFSI / Enterprise workplace experience preferred
n

n

Minimum Qualification:

n

n
- 15 years of full-time education
n
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
n
