We are looking for a Senior Automation & Test Systems Engineer to join a leading MNC and take ownership of automation software, machine integration, automated testing and commissioning activities.

n

Key Technical Skills

n

LabVIEW & NI Vision – Mandatory

n

PLC & HMI Programming

n

Machine Vision & Automated Test Systems

n

EOL Testers / End-of-Line Testing

n

Machine Integration, Debugging & Commissioning

n

FAT / SAT & Production Support

n

Industrial Communication – CAN, TCP/IP, Modbus, OPC-UA

n

Python / C# .NET for IIoT applications & dashboards

n

SQL / Database Integration – Added Advantage

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and implement LabVIEW-based automation and test applications.
n
- Integrate NI Vision / Machine Vision systems with automated machines.
n
- Develop and troubleshoot PLC & HMI programs for automation systems.
n
- Develop and integrate EOL testers and automated test systems.
n
- Interface PLCs, cameras, sensors, test instruments, scanners, robots and other field devices.
n
- Handle software development → hardware integration → debugging → FAT/SAT → commissioning independently.
n




- Develop industrial communication interfaces using CAN, TCP/IP, Modbus, OPC-UA and related protocols.
n
- Support IIoT, data acquisition, dashboards and database integration using Python/C# and SQL.
n
- Troubleshoot machine and software issues during installation, commissioning and production.
n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, customers and suppliers to ensure successful machine deployment.
n
- Provide technical support and continuous improvement for automated machines and test systems.
n

What We're Looking For

n

We are looking for an engineer who can independently own an automation project from development to production handover.

n

Candidates with experience in Automotive, Auto Components, EOL Testing, SPMs, Automated Assembly Lines, Machine Building, Industrial Automation or Test & Measurement will be preferred.

n

Education

n

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.
