Required Qualifications Skills Qualification - B.Tech/B.E./ M.Tech or MCA with good understanding of business processes The role requires a talented self-directed individual with a strong work ethic and the following skills: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an SAP functional analyst. Expert skills in at least one SAP functional areas along with a strong understanding of the integration points between modules. Some experience in other SAP Integrated 3rd Party systems will be helpful. This role requires close coordination with multiple internal teams. Able to grasp issues and problems quickly and anticipate potential future requirements. Capable of offering alternate viable solutions.



Robust business process experience and industry knowledge across many areas to provide context to business requirements. Develops and maintains strong relationships within the assigned workstream. Excellent communication skills, oral and written, including ability to conduct formal and informal presentations and workshops to all levels of management. Deep knowledge of configuration, development, multi-tiered architecture, cross-functional integration. Ability to use influence, persuasion, and mediation to resolve issues and drive consensus. Optional Skills SAP S/4 HANA implementation Exposure to other ERP solutions i.E. MS Dynamics a plus
