The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Banking & Financial Services (BFSI), Java-based enterprise ecosystems, and AI-led transformation, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs and mentoring architecture teams.Key Responsibilities- Support key accounts by establishing relationships with technology stakeholders and contributing to account growth through proactive and reactive opportunities.- Act as a trusted technology advisor to client leadership teams, helping shape enterprise-wide technology and transformation roadmaps.- Participate in pre-sales activities, solutioning, and proposal development to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and effective implementation strategies.- Mentor Solution Architects and review architecture and design artifacts to ensure quality delivery.- Develop and maintain Architecture Guiding Principles with a focus on secure, scalable,



resilient, and responsible AI adoption.- Define business and technology architectures, identifying AI-enabled capabilities and transformation opportunities.- Develop technology strategies, IT operating models, and modernization roadmaps for clients.- Create Enterprise and Solution Architectures, including AI/GenAI solution architectures and integration patterns.Skills & Experience- Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture and large-scale technology transformation programs.- 18+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and technology strategy.- Strong Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain experience is mandatory, with exposure to core banking, digital banking, payments, lending, regulatory compliance, and enterprise modernization initiatives.- Strong Java technology background with hands-on experience in designing and architecting large-scale enterprise applications.- Experience driving modernization of Java-based monolithic applications into cloud-native and microservices-based architectures.- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Certification in Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
