About the RoleKey Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.Responsibilities- Work on ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.- Configure and maintain CMDB, CIs, and relationships.- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflows/Flow Designer.- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations.- Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions.Qualifications- 4+ years of ServiceNow development experienceRequired Skills- Strong hands-on experience in ITSM and CMDB- Good knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting- Experience with ServiceNow workflows/Flow Designer- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations- Positive communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred Skills- ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certification.
