The Google Workspace Presales Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and

n

architecting enterprise-grade collaboration and productivity solutions using Google

n

Workspace.

n

n

1. Architecture & Design

n

 Design Digital Workplace solutions centered on Google Workspace, including:

n

o Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides

n

o Google Meet & Chat (collaboration and conferencing)

n

o Google Vault, Security Center, Admin console

n

o Endpoint Management & Chrome Enterprise

n

 Define migration and transformation strategies:

n

o Exchange / Microsoft 365 / Lotus Notes to Google Workspace

n

o File share / SharePoint migration to Google Drive

n

 Create target operating models (TOM) and service constructs for:

n

o Collaboration services support

n

o Managed workplace services

n

o Productivity and adoption services

n

 Develop solution architectures, HLD/LLD, cost models, and effort estimations

n

aligned with business requirements.

n

 Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and data sovereignty requirements

n

across regions.

n

 Support PoCs, demos, and solution validation exercises

n

n

2. Google Workspace Ecosystem – Solution Elements

n

n

 Enterprise Collaboration & Productivity Platform Design

n

 Email & Calendar Transformations to Gmail

n

 Content & Document Management using Google Drive

n

 Real-time Collaboration and Meeting Experience (Meet, Chat)

n

 Chrome Enterprise & Endpoint Management

n

 Third-party integrations (IDAM, DLP, SIEM, SaaS ecosystem)

n

 Automation using Google Apps Script / APIs / AI capabilities (Duet AI / Gemini)

n

Workplace Analytics and Adoption Frameworks

n

3. Technical Leadership & Collaboration

n

 Lead end-to-end presales solutioning for Google Workspace opportunities

n

(RFI/RFP/RFQ, proactive deals, renewals,



and transformation programs).

n

 Front-end customer discussions, workshops, and solution presentations with

n

CIO/CTO-level stakeholders.

n

 Collaborate with Google Cloud teams and marketplace partners to build joint value

n

propositions.

n

 Contribute to deal shaping, pricing strategy, and commercial constructs (including

n

subscription and managed services models).

n

4. Consulting & Commercial Skills

n

 Ability to articulate business value of workspace modernization

n

 Experience with estimation, cost modelling, and value-based solutioning

n

 Robust communication skills for technical and executive stakeholders

n

n

Required Skills & Experience

n

Experience

n

 Minimum 6–10 years of IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in Digital Workplace /

n

Collaboration solutioning

n

 Rich experience in presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles

n

 Prior experience in Google Workspace solutioning or large-scale migration programs

n

 Experience working in System Integrators / Managed Services providers (preferred)

n

n

 Knowledge of:

n

o Identity & Access Management (Okta, Azure AD, Google Identity)

n

o Endpoint Management (Chrome, mobile device management)

n

o Messaging coexistence and migration tools (Quest, BitTitan, Google tools)

n

o Hybrid environments (On-prem AD, Exchange, file servers integration)

n

o Security & compliance (DLP, eDiscovery, retention, encryption)

n

o APIs, scripting, and automation capabilities

n

n

Desirable / Preferred Skills

n

 Google certifications:

n

o Professional Google Workspace Administrator

n

o Google Cloud Professional Architect

n

 Exposure to:

n

o AI-powered workplace capabilities (Google Gemini / Duet AI)

n

o User adoption and change management programs

n

 Experience in multi-cloud workplace environments (Microsoft 365 + Google Workspace
