Daily monitoring and reporting of regulatory limitsn
nReview of Security and other master setup on daily and periodic basisn
nMid office reporting to Parent Company & Regulators on periodic basisn
nAdherence to Investment guidelines and highlighting key risk on regular basisn
nEvaluate credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and other relevant risk factors.n
nDevelop and maintain risk monitoring tools to track key risk indicators.n
nPost trade review like VWAP review, monitor market participation etcn
nCalculation and review performance attribution for equity & debt schemesn
nCalculating and reviewing performance ratios such as Share Ratio, Trenor Ratio, Information Ratio, Jenson Alpha, Capture ratio etcn
nCalculation of key risk parameters like VAR, Key ratios and stress testing of portfolion
nStay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure the organization's adherence to relevant laws and standards.n
nAssist in preparing reports for regulatory authorities and participate in regulatory audits.n




nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather risk data and to design and implement risk mitigation strategies.n
nConduct scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate the organization's resilience under adverse conditions.n
nPreparing the Board presentation, Committee meeting packs and regulatory meetings presentationn
nAssisting the team in implementation of current investment systemn
n
nDesired qualifications & Attributes:n
nBachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics along with master degree or equivalent ( MBA, CA, CFA and FRM)n
n2-4 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the mutual fund, mor Insurance sectorn
nStrong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.n
nExcellent analytical and quantitative skills.n
nEffective communication and interpersonal skills. n
nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within other functions.n
