Bobby Mukherji Architects is an international design practice with over 30 years of experience across hospitality, residential, commercial, township and mixed-use developments in India and international markets. Our portfolio includes work for Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Accor, Taj, Radisson, Westin and Versace, as well as some of India’s largest developers.

We are seeking a Revit Architect / BIM Architect based in Mumbai to work as an integral part of our Mumbai and Milan teams on large-scale international architectural projects.

n

n

The role spans design development, technical documentation, multidisciplinary coordination and project delivery, with Autodesk Revit as the primary architectural working environment.

n

n

A key responsibility will also be to strengthen Revit and BIM capabilities across the studio by improving workflows, standards and model quality, while guiding other architects in effective Revit-based working methods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n

* Work closely with the Milan team on the development and delivery of large-scale architectural projects.

n

n

* Develop and manage architectural Revit models through design development and construction documentation.

n

n

* Translate architectural concepts into technically resolved Revit models and documentation.

n

n

* Produce coordinated plans, sections, elevations, details,



schedules and working drawings directly from Revit.

n

n

* Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, façade and other specialist consultants, identifying and resolving coordination issues.

n

n

* Develop and manage Revit families, templates, worksets, views, schedules and project standards.

n

n

* Review model accuracy and documentation quality across projects and team members.

n

n

* Strengthen Revit and BIM workflows, standards and quality-control systems across the studio.

n

n

* Guide architects and junior team members in effective Revit-based workflows.

n

n

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

n

n

* 5–10 years of professional architectural experience, including at least 5 years of substantial hands-on professional Revit experience on live projects.

n

n

* Advanced proficiency in Revit Architecture, including modelling, documentation, detailing, families, schedules and worksharing.

n

n

* Proven Revit experience on large-scale architectural projects.

n

n

* Experience in hospitality, commercial, residential, mixed-use or other complex building typologies is preferred.

n

n

* Robust technical understanding of construction, detailing, materials and building systems.

n

n

* Experience coordinating architecture with structural, MEP and specialist consultants.

n

n

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to coordinate between consultant CAD drawings and Revit environments.

n

n

* Experience improving BIM standards, templates and workflows is a strong advantage.

n

n

* Experience with Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud is an advantage.

n

QUALIFICATION

n

n

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

n
