Module:- Finance, Sales and Distribution (SnD), CNC, CSMS and MFG

Location:- Pan India

n

Exp:- 3 to 5 Yrs, 5 to 8 Yrs, and 8 to 12 yrs

n

Np:- 0 to 60 days

n

Mandate skills:- 1 Implementation End to ENd in any of the modules.

Sales and Distribution

n

- Key Responsibilities
n
- Provide application support for JD Edwards Sales Distribution modules
n
- Handle incident management problem resolution and change requests
n
- Support core processes such as
n
- oSales Order Management
n
- oInventory Management
n
- oShipping Delivery
n
- oPricing and Discounts
n
- oBilling and Invoicing
n
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution within SLA
n
- Perform configuration changes and minor enhancements in JDE
n
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations
n
- Maintain documentation for all support activities
n
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose preventive measures
n
- Support integration points with Finance Procurement and Manufacturing modules
n
- Participate in testing and deployment for fixes and enhancements
n
- Oracle Certification would be big plus
n




- Positive communication and client handling skills
n
- Ready to work in Shift and SLA based environment.

- Candidate should have good understanding of Advance warehouse modulewarehouse management within JDE
n
- Candidate should have good working experience with third party Integration process with JDE
n
- Candidate should be well adverse with JDE citizen feature Form extension Orchestration watchlist UDO Notification
n
- Candidate should have working exposure of License plate configuration and support in JDE modules
n
- Experience in Oracle JDE Manufacturing implementation Upgrade Enhancement and application management production support
n
- Solution design Configuration Integrated testing End user Training experience in MultiSite Production Planning MRPDRP
n
- Product Data Management Shop Floor Manufacturing Accounting for manufacturing mode ATOMTO
n
- Candidate Should be well adverse with JDE core master data setup and its functionality
n
- Added advantage if Candidate is exposed to scanning application integrated with JDE
n
- Candidate has some exposure ASNDESADV Purchase Order EDI
n
