AI Practice & Delivery Head (AI PDH)

Role Overview

n

n

We are seeking a senior AI Practice & Delivery Head to lead the strategy, go-to-market, and delivery of AI solutionsacross the organization. The ideal candidate will come from a strong engineering background (product or platform engineering) and have previously worked as an AI Solution Architect before moving into leadership.

n

This role will be responsible for building the AI practice, driving AI-led business growth, leading presales and solutioning, and delivering enterprise AI solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

n

AI Practice Leadership

n

n
- Define and lead the AI strategy, roadmap, and service offerings for the organization.
n
- Build and scale the AI practice across multiple client accounts.
n
- Establish reusable AI frameworks, accelerators, and delivery methodologies.
n

n

Go-To-Market & Presales

n

n
- Lead AI go-to-market initiatives, working closely with sales and account teams.
n
- Drive presales, solution architecture, and proposal development for AI opportunities.
n
- Act as a technical leader in client discussions, workshops, and solution presentations.
n

n

Solutioning & Delivery

n

n
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI and data-driven solutions, including managed services engagements.
n
- Ensure delivery excellence across AI architecture, model development, deployment, and operations.
n
- Provide technical leadership in complex AI solution design and implementation.
n

n

Team Building & Hiring

n

n
- Build and lead a strong AI engineering organization.
n




- Hire and mentor Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs), AI Architects, and senior engineers across client accounts.
n
- Develop internal AI capabilities, training programs, and innovation initiatives.
n

n

Client Engagement

n

n
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients on AI transformation and adoption.
n
- Lead client-facing engagements including architecture reviews, solution workshops, and executive briefings.
n
- Collaborate with account teams to expand AI-led services and managed service opportunities.
n

n

Required Qualifications

n

n

n
- 15–20 years of total experience in engineering, AI, data platforms, or advanced analytics.
n
- Prior experience as an AI Solution Architect with strong engineering depth.
n
- Background in product engineering or platform engineering (not purely traditional IT services delivery).
n
- Proven experience building and scaling AI practices within technology or services organizations.
n
- Experience leading presales, GTM strategy, and client-facing solutioning.
n
- Solid expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, data platforms, and cloud AI ecosystems.
n
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise AI solutions and managed services engagements.
n
- Experience travelling frequently to the US and working with global clients.
n
