About the Company

We are building a current-age mobile gaming studio in Noida focused on creating and launching multiple highly engaging mobile games every year.

n

Our ambition is to build a lean, data-driven gaming company that can rapidly prototype, launch, test and scale games for global audiences.

n

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Co-Founder – Mobile Gaming who will take ownership of the gaming business end-to-end.

The Opportunityn

This is not a traditional employment role.

n

As Co-Founder, you will be responsible for building and leading the game development organization, establishing the development process, hiring the core team, defining the technology and product strategy, and ultimately helping create a portfolio of successful mobile games.

You will have significant autonomy and meaningful ESOPs, aligned with the long-term success of the company.

Key Responsibilitiesn

n
- Build and lead the mobile game development team from the ground up.
n
- Own the end-to-end game development lifecycle — ideation → prototyping → development → launch → live operations → scaling.
n
- Establish a high-performance development culture and processes.
n
- Recruit, mentor and manage game developers, designers, artists, QA and other key team members.
n
- Work closely with the founders on identifying high-potential game concepts and genres.
n
- Drive rapid prototyping and testing of new game ideas.
n
- Ensure games are delivered quickly without compromising quality.
n
- Own technology decisions, development tools, architecture and technical standards.
n
- Use player data, analytics and market trends to continuously improve games.
n




- Work closely with product, design, art and marketing teams.
n
- Build processes that allow the studio to launch games at scale.
n
- Eventually take responsibility for the studio's overall game development P&L; and growth.

Who We're Looking Forn

We are looking for someone who has already led a mobile game development team and wants to take the next step from being an employee/leader to becoming a co-founder and builder.

n

Must have:

n

n
- 7+ years of experience in mobile game development or closely related gaming roles.
n
- Proven experience leading a team of game developers.
n
- Strong understanding of mobile game development and the complete development lifecycle.
n
- Experience shipping games that have been released to the App Store / Google Play.
n
- Strong understanding of Unity and/or other major mobile game development technologies.
n
- Experience managing developers and working cross-functionally with artists, designers and product teams.
n
- Strong product thinking — ability to understand what makes a mobile game addictive, engaging and commercially successful.
n
- Ability to operate in a highly entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment.
n
- Excellent communication and people-management skills.
n

- Experience working at a successful mobile gaming studio.

- Experience launching multiple mobile games.
n
- Experience with casual, hyper-casual,



hybrid-casual or puzzle games.

- Experience with game analytics, retention, monetization and live-ops.

- Experience building a team from scratch.
n
- Experience taking games from 0 → 1.
n
- Entrepreneurial experience or previous startup experience.
n
- A portfolio of commercially successful mobile games.
