Key Responsibilities

n

- Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, test, deploy) for Oracle Sales Cloud (CX Sales) and Oracle Service Cloud (B2B/B2C Service).
n
- Redwood Experience Design: Re-architect and configure existing Oracle CX applications using the up-to-date Oracle Redwood UX framework, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and Express Studio.
n
- Solution Architecture: Analyze business processes to design scalable, best-practice solutions spanning lead-to-opportunity management, service request management, knowledge bases, and omnichannel routing.

- Integrations & Customizations:



Design and support integrations between Oracle CX modules and external ERP, CRM, or third-party platforms using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or REST/SOAP APIs.
n
- Testing & Support: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), address complex technical issues, and provide ongoing L2/L3 application maintenance and enhancement support.
n
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional business leads, functional team members, and client architects to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
