Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager/State Sales Manager with a solid background in medical devices sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of critical care medical devices (Multi Para Patient monitor, ECG, Infusion syringe pumps, Spirometer, Table top pulse oximeter) including potential uses, product capabilities and advantages to customers.
Develop and deliver product training to customers on equipment use.
Monitor customer installations of critical care products within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
Support trade shows and professional clinical conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.
Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies




Support service issues at customer and distributor side whenever required
Should visit secondary distributors and hospitals, building connections with Hospital purchase managers, and decision-makers for the sale of hospital care products.
Management of Dealers and distributor networks of their respective region
New Channel partner identification and market and sales expansion of the companys product.
Observe market sentiments and plan & execute sales expansion as per demand.

Qualifications
Should have previous working experience in the Medical Devices industry and must be well-versed in sales of medical devices/equipment
Candidates with technical service knowledge &

experience working will be added advantage
Develop new clientele and maintain a valuable repo with clients.

Experience: 3 to 10 years
Education: B.E/B.Tech Biomedical engineering/MBA/ any other equivalent.
