Role & responsibilities

Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual business goals. Analyze costing and prepare competitive quotations using ZBC methodology and internal cost structures.

Handle complete RFQ processes: feasibility check, costing, submission, customer coordination, and closure. Review and interpret technical drawings to understand specifications, process flow, and cost drivers.

Engage in high-level negotiations with customers for pricing, terms, and longterm contracts. Monitor RM (Raw Material) movement, availability, and planning with the purchase and planning teams. Prepare annual sales budgets, forecasts, performance reports, and variance analyses.

Explore current markets, identify business opportunities, and support strategic marketing initiatives.



Maintain solid relationships with existing and new customers to increase wallet share and long-term partnerships.

Coordinate internally with design, quality, production, and finance teams for order execution and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech.(Mechanical) MBA Marketing

Communication skills,

Negotiation skills, Strong costing knowledge, including ZBC methodology, Valuable understanding of RM movement, production flow, and manufacturing processes. Excellent negotiation and client-handling ability, RFQ management expertise. Budget preparation and data analysis skills, Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills, Strong communication and presentation abilities, Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
