Hellovedic is a assessment-led hair care brand. We’re a D2C brand growing rapid through a consultation-first sales model. We don’t do cold calling. We do high-intent, conversation-led selling — and we’re looking for experienced sales professionals who can turn these conversations into customers.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for speaking with qualified customers, understanding their hair concerns, explaining the right Hellovedic solution, and converting interested leads into customers.

This isn’t a traditional tele-calling job. You’ll work with high-intent leads, follow a structured consultation process, manage your pipeline through CRM, and own your conversion and revenue targets.

We’re looking for someone who is confident on calls, disciplined with follow-ups, comfortable with CRM, and motivated by measurable sales performance.

What You’ll Do
Handle qualified leads through phone and WhatsApp
Understand customer requirements and hair concerns through structured conversations
Explain Hellovedic’s personalised hair-care programs clearly




Follow up consistently with interested and pending leads
Handle customer questions and objections
Convert qualified leads into customers
Maintain CRM hygiene — call updates, lead stages and follow-ups
Manage your daily pipeline and follow-up schedule through CRM
Work towards weekly and monthly conversion and revenue targets
Maintain a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey

What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, telesales or a similar customer-conversion role
Any degree is required:
Proven experience in achieving sales or conversion targets
Any CRM experience is Required — you should be comfortable managing leads, stages, follow-ups and customer data
Excellent Malayalam communication skills; positive English is preferred
Robust verbal communication and objection-handling skills
Highly disciplined with follow-ups and pip
