Key Responsibilities
D365 AMS support team (with functional knowledge and sys admin support experience)
Manage ticket queues and workload distribution
Drive SLA and KPI compliance
Manage escalations and stakeholder communication
Participate in weekly and monthly governance meetings
Review RCA and Problem Management activities
Support continuous service improvement initiatives
