Job Description
1. Implement Regional Learning Strategy & Governance
Execute the Regional L&D; strategy aligned with organizational goals and talent priorities.
Design and deploy upskilling, and reskilling programs aligned with the regional strategy and business focus.
Own the regional learning curriculum, including onboarding, functional training, and leadership pathways.
Drive learning initiatives that support business transformation, growth, digitalization, and workforce capability enhancement.
Ensure consistency and scalability of learning programs across countries while accommodating local requirements.
Evaluate program effectiveness using learning analytics and adjust content and delivery based on outcomes.
