Position: DGM / AGM Design Co-ordination

We are looking for an experienced Design Coordination professional to lead and manage design coordination across major development projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead coordination between Architects, Interior Designers, MEP, Structural & Landscape consultants.
- Drive design strategy in line with project, brand, operational and commercial requirements.
- Manage design reviews, approvals and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, building codes and brand standards.
- Drive value engineering and design optimization without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with owners,



operators, consultants, contractors and project teams.
- Oversee design delivery across pre-construction and execution stages.

Ideal Candidate

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field.
- 12–15+ years of relevant experience.
- Robust exposure to hospitality, luxury residential or mixed-use projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and project management tools.
