We are looking for a smart, energetic and guest-friendly Order Taker / Captain to handle table service and ensure a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities: Greet guests and take food & beverage orders accurately. Explain menu items, offers and recommendations confidently. Upsell dishes, beverages and add-ons to increase table sales. Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar and Service teams for timely orders. Monitor tables and ensure prompt, attentive service. Handle basic guest queries and complaints professionally. Maintain table presentation, service standards and cleanliness. Support smooth floor operations during busy hours.

ProfileGood communication and customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of restaurant service preferred. Presentable, confident and energetic personality. Freshers with the right attitude may also apply. Comfortable working in shifts, weekends and holidays.
