Role Overview

We are looking for a S2P Specialist to lead procurement transformation initiatives. This role combines strategic advisory, process optimization, and technology enablement to deliver measurable business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory

- Develop sourcing strategies aligned with client business objectives and procurement goals.
- Drive procurement transformation programs, including spend analysis, supplier rationalization, and sourcing optimization.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks from supply chain disruptions, regulatory changes, and market volatility.

Process Optimization

- Implement best practices for sourcing, procurement, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Design and execute category management frameworks and supplier performance scorecards.
- Ensure compliance and efficiency across procurement processes.

Technology Enablement

- Act as a Sourcing and procurement SME, leading design and guiding configuration (if required):

- Spend Analysis
- Deliver procurement transformation projects for strategic cost reduction and intelligent spend management.
- Understand business architecture and provide expertise on integration of ERP and third-party systems for automation and data-driven decision-making.

- Collaborate with client leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment and adoption.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions to drive user enablement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for procurement technology and process improvements.

- Publish white papers, case studies, and represent the organization in industry forums.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in sourcing, procurement, and Coupa technology advancements.
