Responsibilities

- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for domestic IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Develop and execute creative lead generation strategies using social media management tools and online platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.




- Maintain active communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Manage relationships with external staffing agencies and recruitment channels to expand talent pools.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in domestic IT recruitment or human resources, with a focus on technical roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Salesforce for applicant tracking and data management.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and human resources best practices to streamline recruitment workflows.
- Experience in lead generation through social media management and online sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills to build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.
