KeyResponsibilities

Businessdevelopment

●Promotingthecenterinthebestpossiblewaybyprovidingcustomerserviceexcellencetoparentsand visitors

●Coordinateandleadtours/visitsforprospectiveparentsandvisitors,promotingtheKidoUSPsand presentingthecenter inthebestpossibleway, toensurethecenterachievesand/orexceedstheenrollment targets.Followingupwithleadsregularlytoensurebetterconversionratios.

●Leadtheparentjourney,mappingandmeasuringcustomerservice,atallpointssupportingtheKido brandpromiseandencourageparentendorsement,andmarketingactivities ● Leveragecustomerfeedbacktocontinuallyimprovethecenter’sserviceofferings, fosteringaculture ofcontinuousimprovement.

●Developandupdatecommunicationchannels,suchasnewslettersandSchoolDiary,etcinaccordancewiththeKidoMarketingStrategytopromotethecentertobothexistingandnewparents

●PromotethecenterbyidentifyingnewsworthystoriesforthemediaandPRopportunities

● Guideandregularlyreviewsignages,collaterals, touchpointsetc.,andensurethat thecentermeets KidobrandingguidelinesasdefinedandstipulatedbyCorporateOffice ● Conductresearchintothemarketplace,monitoringchangesanddevelopments

●Monitorcompetitoractivity,analyzingtrendsandbestpracticestostayaheadinthemarketplaceand identifyareasfor improvement.

●Organizeparent/communityeventsinordertoengageparentsatpromotingcenterbrandawareness andenhanceenrolments

● Identifyandengage with key stakeholders such as local businesses, schools,



and community organizations to build partnerships that support the growth and visibility of the center.

● Inconjunctionwith the Operations Manager and the Corporate Team, assist with the development and implementation of the school marketing strategy as a key driver of enrolments and ensuring all marketing material, including digital communication is always current

● Datamaintenance

● Incollaboration with the Operations and Academics team, develop an events calendar to support the enrolment activities for the academic year

● ActivateCorporate tie ups as community

creche Logistics:

● TrackandmanageLogistics (current stock maintenance and timely procurement towards exhausted material)

● Ensuretimelyprocurement and distribution of materials to avoid disruptions in daily operations, including ensuring classroom supplies, learning materials, and office equipment are always available

● Overseebusservicesprovided to the children either by KIDO or any other third party vendor Staff Management:

● HelpinRecruitment for all, Annual performance goals, appraisals, counseling them by offering corrective advise and action if performance dips

● Providementorship and career development opportunities for staff to enhance retention and employee satisfaction

● Promoteacultureof inclusivity and diversity in the workplace to create a supportive environment for all employees

● Fosterapositive and motivating work setting, encouraging team collaboration, professional growth, and a strong sense of ownership

● In-servicetraining, workshops to improve staff performance

● Assist inclassif necessary and/or arrange for relief staff in the absence of a teacher ● Attendanceandleavemanagement

● RegularmeetswithTeachers and Other School Staff to manage,



review progress and effectiveness of the various programs offered

● Manageparentgrievances and concerns promptly in conjunction with the Teachers Health and safety:

● Followall thehealth and safety protocols for children and staff

● Implementprotocols for managing and reporting incidents effectively, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

●UndertakeFireEvacuationDrillsandotherHealthandSafetyExercisesregularlyandmaintainrecords

● Provideregularhealthandsafetytrainingforstaff,ensuringeveryoneiswell-equippedtohandle emergencies

● MaintainFirstAidBoxandprovide/guideregularFirstAidTraining OtherResponsibilityAreas:
