Job Summary

ABC Trainings is looking for a Business Manager to drive admissions, sales, and revenue growth. The role involves lead conversion, student counselling, follow-ups, and achieving monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable courses based on their career goals.
- Explain course details, fees, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Handle enquiries, objections, and negotiations effectively.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve monthly admission, sales, and revenue targets.
- Generate new leads through referrals, college visits, and outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and collections.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student onboarding.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, Admissions, or Counselling preferred.
- Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented with a focus on sales and revenue generation.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
