Uplymetrics is looking for an ambitious and data-driven Growth Media Buyer to join our remote, full-time team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-frequency testing frameworks, managing paid acquisition budgets, and scaling performance campaigns across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute rapid testing frameworks across major advertising platforms to discover winning ad concepts.

Drive the end-to-end media buying lifecycle, from tracking setup and campaign structuring to cohort analysis and budget scaling.

Collaborate closely with creative and design teams to iterate on ad angles based on live performance feedback.

Continuously monitor tracking health, attribution signals, and funnel metrics to ensure data-backed decision-making.

Contribute to broader growth strategies, testing new landing page angles, offers, and optimization techniques.

What We Are Looking For





Proven hands-on experience running and scaling performance ad spend with a strong portfolio of creative test frameworks.

Strong technical grasp of ad platform mechanics, pixel setups, and data analysis focused on unit economics.

Autonomous mindset, high adaptability, and a collaborative work style suited for a fast-paced remote setting.
