We are looking for a friendly, well-presented Front of House Staff member to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering great customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests/customers warmly as they arrive
- Manage seating arrangements, reservations, and waitlists (if applicable)
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen/service staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house area
- Assist with billing, order-taking, or checkout as required
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries




- Ensure a positive first and last impression for every guest

Requirements

- Positive communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred (restaurant, hotel, retail, or hospitality)
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Basic computer/POS knowledge is a plus
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
