Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer - DTP & Print Production with strong experience across digital, D2C, retail and print design. The role requires someone who can take ownership from concept and design to artwork finalization, printing and production execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging creatives for D2C, e-commerce, websites, marketplaces, social media and digital campaigns.
- Design banners, product creatives, landing-page visuals, catalogues and PPT presentations.
- Develop GIFs, basic motion graphics and short-form visual content.
- Design and finalize monthly Price Lists, Scheme Letters and product/business communication.
- Create offline/POSM assets such as brochures, standees, dealer boards, danglers, posters and retail branding.
- Manage DTP, artwork finalization and print-ready files, ensuring accuracy and production specifications.
- Coordinate with printers and vendors for quotations, proofs, material, finishing, quality and timely delivery.
- Maintain a consistent premium, modern brand identity across digital and offline communication.
- Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, product storytelling and consumer-focused communication.
- Keep up with design trends, D2C/e-commerce benchmarks and consumer behaviour.

Requirements





- 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, DTP and Print Production.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, retail or consumer brands preferred.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
- Hands-on knowledge of print production, packaging and artwork finalization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Good vendor coordination and project management skills.
- Experience in consumer electronics, appliances or consumer durables is a plus.

CorelDRAW | Photoshop | Illustrator | InDesign | PowerPoint | After Effects
Working knowledge of motion graphics, GIFs, print-ready artwork, colour modes, resolution, bleed and production specifications.

Ideal Candidate

A creative qualified who combines strong design thinking with hands-on DTP and print-production expertise, and can independently manage projects from concept to final execution.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
