We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of flight, hotel, tour, and holiday bookings, along with excellent customer service and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international flight, hotel, tour, and holiday bookings.
- Advise clients on suitable travel destinations, packages, itineraries, and travel options.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate competitive rates with suppliers.
- Manage booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and refunds.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, tour operators, and other travel suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Handle customer queries and resolve booking-related issues efficiently.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales customer support.
- Achieve monthly sales, booking, and revenue targets.
- Support and guide junior travel consultants whenever required.




- Maintain accurate booking details, customer records, and follow-up information.
- Ensure all bookings comply with company policies and supplier terms and conditions.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Travel Consultant / Senior Travel Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of flights, hotels, holiday packages, and international travel.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and enquiries simultaneously.
- Valuable coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with travel suppliers, airlines, hotels, and DMCs.
- Target-oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team.

Preferred Skills

Experience with GDS / airline reservation systems, travel portals, itinerary preparation, quotation management, and international holiday packages will be an added advantage.
