Contract Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Vraify is looking for experienced independent recruiters to support ongoing remote hiring requirements across a range of projects.

This is a performance-based contract opportunity. Recruiters can earn ₹1,000–₹1,500 for each candidate they source who is successfully selected. This is not an hourly or fixed-salary role.

Key Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other appropriate channels.

Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.

Assess candidate experience, communication, availability, and fit against role-specific requirements.

Explain assignment details, selection processes, and next steps clearly to candidates.

Submit complete and accurate candidate profiles within agreed timelines.

Coordinate candidate follow-ups for assessments, interviews, documentation, and onboarding.

Maintain organized recruitment trackers, candidate records, and status updates.

Ensure candidates are genuinely interested, responsive, eligible, and available.

Maintain candidate confidentiality and follow ethical recruitment practices.

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or independent candidate sourcing.

Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, Boolean search, referrals,



and professional networks.

Ability to review resumes and conduct effective initial screenings.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong organization, follow-up, and stakeholder-coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and meet defined sourcing timelines.

Reliable laptop and internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting for remote, contract, technical, AI, language, data annotation, finance, engineering, or specialist positions.

Experience working with international candidates or distributed teams.

Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, recruitment trackers, and applicant-tracking systems.

An existing qualified candidate network.

Compensation Terms

Earn ₹1,000–₹1,500 per successfully selected candidate.

This is an outcome-based contract opportunity, not an hourly or fixed-salary position.

Candidate submission alone does not guarantee payment.

Robust-performing recruiters may receive ongoing assignments based on business requirements.
