Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate with rider requirements.
- Handle client queries and operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain robust client relationships and ensure high service satisfaction.
- Monitor daily delivery operations, shipment allocation, rider utilization, and rosters.
- Track rider deployment, attendance, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
