Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to promote and sell business communication and digital marketing solutions, including WhatsApp messaging, SMS, email marketing, and voice or IVR services.

The ideal candidate should have experience in telesales or inside sales, with strong skills in lead generation, client communication, and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing and communication solutions.
- Manage lead follow-ups and convert prospects into customers.
- Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and sales closures.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM.




- Build relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar client acquisition role.
- Experience selling business communication, digital marketing, SaaS, telecom, messaging, or related services is preferred.
- Experience with WhatsApp messaging, SMS, email marketing, voice calling, or IVR solutions is an advantage.
- Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client conversion.
- Excellent verbal communication and qualified telephone etiquette.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
