## About the Role
LegalTech – Advocates is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented **Law Graduates (LL.B.)** to join our team as **Legal Associates** specializing in Real Estate and Non-Litigation matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh law graduates who want to build a career in **Property Law, Title Verification, Legal Documentation, Due Diligence, RERA, and Land Laws**.
## Key Responsibilities
* Conduct property title verification and prepare title reports.
* Perform legal due diligence for land and property transactions.
* Review property documents, including Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Wills, Partition Deeds, Khata Extracts, RTCs, and Encumbrance Certificates.
* Assist in drafting and vetting Sale Agreements, Lease Deeds, Construction Agreements, and Power of Attorney documents.
* Conduct legal research related to Property Law, RERA, Land Laws, and real estate transactions.
* Maintain and organize legal documents and reports.
* Support senior advocates during real estate transactions and compliance matters.
## Eligibility
* LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course) from a recognized university.
* Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
* Knowledge or interest in Property Law, Transfer of Property Act, RERA, Land Laws, and Stamp Laws.
* Robust legal research, drafting, and document-review skills.
* **Ability to read Kannada is mandatory.**
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and documentation tools.
