We are looking for an Automobile Spare Parts Executive to manage spare parts procurement, inventory, sales, and coordination with suppliers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source automobile spare parts as per requirements.
- Maintain proper stock levels and inventory records.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, orders, and timely deliveries.
- Handle purchase and sales of automobile spare parts.
- Verify part numbers, specifications, quality, and quantities.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Coordinate with service, sales, and warehouse teams.
- Track stock movement and ensure timely replenishment.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile spare parts/purchase/inventory.
- Good knowledge of automobile components and spare parts.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- ITI/Diploma/Graduate in Automobile or a related field preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
