Oversee employee lifecycle programs, from onboarding to alumni engagement.

Leverage people analytics to drive data-informed decisions.

Collaborate with leadership to shape an inclusive, vibrant workplace culture.

Who We're Looking For:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, or related fields.

7+ years of experience with a solid track record in HR and employee engagement.

Innovative mindset with a passion for driving cultural and organizational impact.

Proficiency in people analytics and HR technologies.
