Role Description The Key Account Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati, responsible for driving sales growth and managing strategic/academic accounts in the biotechnology sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with key customers such in research institutes, and achieving sales targets for assigned territories and product lines. The role involves conducting product promotion and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely supply and post-sales support, and providing market feedback on customer needs and competitor activities. The Key Account Sales Manager will also prepare sales forecasts and reports, participate in tenders or institutional sales processes, and uphold high standards of qualified conduct and customer service to strengthen the company’s market position.
