About The Role

We are looking for a creative, social-media-savvy Social Media Executive who understands beauty, fashion, pop culture and digital trends. The person will be responsible for managing RENEE Cosmetics' day-to-day social media presence, creating engaging content, identifying trends, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving meaningful engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat and other relevant platforms.
Develop and maintain monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
Schedule and publish posts, Reels, Stories, carousels and other formats.
Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual identity and messaging across platforms.
Monitor comments, DMs, mentions and community interactions.
Content & Creative
Ideate engaging and platform-native content around products,



launches, campaigns, trends and occasions.
Work closely with the creative team to develop Reels, memes, carousels, Stories and short-form videos.
Write compelling captions, hooks, CTAs and social copy.
Identify opportunities to create trend-led and reactive content.
Ensure content is relevant to the target audience and aligned with beauty and lifestyle trends.
Trend & Competitor Tracking
Stay updated with the latest Instagram/Reels trends, audio, memes, formats, creators and social conversations.
Track competitors and leading beauty/fashion brands to identify content opportunities.
Regularly share trend insights and recommendations with the marketing team.
Identify opportunities for RENEE to participate in relevant cultural and social trends.
Influencer & Creator Coordination
Coordinate with the Influencer Marketing team for creator-led content.
Support influencer campaigns by sharing briefs,
