Customer Intake: Conduct a thorough "6-point" vehicle inspection upon arrival and document all customer concerns accurately on the Job Card.
- Estimation & Approval: Provide customers with accurate cost estimates for parts and labor. Obtain formal approval before beginning any additional work discovered during service.
- Workshop Coordination: Distribute job cards to technicians based on skill level and monitor the progress of repairs to ensure "On-Time Delivery."
- Technical Advice: Educate customers on the perks of Yamaha Genuine Parts, Yamalube, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Quality Assurance: Perform a final visual check of the motorcycle to ensure all requested tasks are completed and the vehicle is clean.
Pay: ₹14,360.56 - ₹24,907.45 per month
