Key Requirements:
✔ Experience in FMCG or Food Industry (mandatory)
✔ Strong knowledge of General Trade channel
✔ Distributor handling & market expansion experience
✔ Ability to achieve primary & secondary sales targets
✔ Valuable communication & negotiation skills
✔ Local market knowledge of Kolkata / Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Appoint & manage distributors
- Drive primary & secondary sales
- Ensure visibility & merchandising in retail outlets
- Expand market coverage & new outlet addition
- Maintain strong retailer relationships
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.33 per month
