Role Summary

Our client, a premier IT services and consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by managing the complete sales lifecycle for Cloud, Data, Dev Ops, and AI-led services. With 10–15 years of experience in IT services sales, you will focus on demand generation, enterprise client engagement, and closing high-value B2 B deals across global markets (US, Europe, and UK). You will work closely with the founders, leadership, and technical teams to deliver customized solutions. This role also plays a key part in building strategic partnerships and strengthening our client’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth Own the end-to-end sales cycle:



prospecting → discovery → proposal negotiation → closure. Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline for services including: Cloud & Dev Ops Data Engineering Gen-AI & AI Agents Application Modernization Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

2. Marketing & Demand Generation Work with leadership to define and execute a sales & marketing strategy. Drive outbound campaigns using: Linked In Sales Navigator Apollo / Email sequences Upwork, Clutch, and partner referrals Collaborate on content-led marketing initiatives: Case studies Whitepapers Website content Linked In thought leadership posts Track campaign performance and continuously optimize lead quality.

3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for prospects. Conduct discovery calls, understand business pain points, and map them to our client’
