Principal for MIT Junior College, Alandi Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Principal to lead the Maharashtra State Board Junior College for Grades 11 and 12 across Science, Commerce, and Arts streams, with responsibility for academic excellence, institutional leadership, and the effective implementation of an integrated curriculum incorporating JEE, NEET, MHT-CET, CA Foundation, and CS Foundation programs. The role will be responsible for academic excellence, student outcomes, admissions growth, staff development, institutional operations, compliance, and financial performance . Key Responsibilities 1 . Campus Leadership Provide strategic leadership for academic excellence and holistic student development. Oversee the Maharashtra State Board (HSC) curriculum for Grades 11 and 12 across Science, Commerce, and Arts . Strong knowledge of Competitive exams - JEE, NEET, and MHT-CET Monitor teaching-learning, assessments, academic results, and improvement plans. Ensure effective preparation for Board and competitive examinations. Promote cutting-edge,

Coordinate closely with the MIT VGS Head Office team on academic, administrative, HR, admissions, finance, and institutional matters. 2.
