Summary The Manager, Market Engagement & Governance serves as a key interface between International markets, regions, Commercial & Launch Strategy (CLS), and Business Solutions International (BSI). The role is responsible for supporting stakeholder engagement, demand governance, operational alignment, and customer experience across the BSI service portfolio. The role aligns stakeholder needs with BSI capabilities, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and ensures priorities are translated into actionable plans and delivered through appropriate teams. The Manager combines stakeholder management, governance oversight, operational planning and continuous improvement to ensure transparency, accountability, and value realization. The role helps drive alignment between market priorities and BSI resources while supporting the adoption of Golden Standard Solutions, operational excellence initiatives,



and AI-enabled ways of working. Working closely with regional and country stakeholders, CLS, BSI teams, DDIT, Finance, and other cross-functional partners, the Manager contributes to improved customer satisfaction, stronger governance, operational efficiency, and successful delivery of business priorities. About the Role Key responsibilities: Market & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a primary pint of contact for assigned markets, regions, and above-country stakeholders. Gather, prioritize, and coordinate business requests through structured demand governance processes. Facilitate collaboration across BSI, CLS, DDIT, Finance, and partner functions.
