About the Role

We are looking for a Hair Coach to be the frontline face of our Experience Centers and deliver a premium, personalized customer experience.

This role is ideal for candidates from retail, beauty, salon, wellness, or other customer-facing backgrounds who enjoy interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and building long-term relationships.

As a Hair Coach, you will guide customers through their hair care journey, support consultations, explain treatment recommendations, and ensure a seamless experience from the first interaction through ongoing follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

- Welcome walk-in customers and create a warm, personalized experience.
- Understand customer concerns and guide them through the consultation process.
- Build trust and deliver a premium in-store experience.

Consultation & Customer Guidance

- Explain the treatment journey in a simple and relatable manner.
- Help customers understand doctor recommendations and product usage.

Customer Relationship & Retention

- Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Encourage consistency with treatment plans.
- Drive repeat visits and product reorders.

Follow-ups & Engagement

- Conduct regular customer follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
- Track customer progress and ensure a high level of satisfaction.




- Spend approximately 3–4 hours daily on customer follow-ups and engagement.

Customer Concerns

- Handle customer queries related to product usage, results, and concerns.
- Address objections with empathy and escalate issues to doctors when required.

Store Operations

- Maintain store hygiene, product displays, and inventory checks.
- Support smooth day-to-day clinic/store operations.

Customer Advocacy

- Encourage customer reviews, feedback, and testimonials.
- Create an experience that customers are happy to recommend.

Who We're Looking For

- Any Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, beauty, salon, wellness, sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and the local language.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and people-oriented.
- Comfortable working with targets, customer engagement, and follow-ups.
- Basic familiarity with CRM, WhatsApp and digital tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We especially welcome candidates from premium beauty, skincare, haircare, salon, wellness and retail brands who have experience in customer consultation, relationship management and sales.
