Location: Georgia (candidate will have the flexibility to work out of their home office but must reside in Georgia)
Schedule: Part time, On-call, Non-exempt
Travel: Candidate can expect to travel throughout Georgia about 50% of the time

What You’ll Do
Complete ORC’s structured training program in title research, learning directly from experienced title professionals
Learn to research public records — deeds, mortgages, liens, easements, and probate records — to establish ownership and encumbrances
Assist in preparing title reports and abstracts for utility right of way projects
Verify legal descriptions and property boundary information
Support Title Agents, the Project Manager, and project team members
Perform general administrative tasks that keep projects moving
We’re Looking For Someone Who
Is eager to launch a career in title research and the right of way profession — no industry experience required
Is organized, analytical, and detail-oriented — accuracy is everything in title work
Works efficiently under tight deadlines and keeps multiple priorities moving
Communicates clearly and professionally — in writing, on the phone, and face to face
Enjoys digging into records and following a paper trail to the answer
Picks up new systems and software quickly
Minimum Requirements
No prior title or right of way experience required — we’ll train you
Proficient with MS Office Suite — specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
An iOS or Android smartphone to access ORC’s systems
