Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to oversee the clinical and administrative functions of the hospital. The role will be responsible for ensuring quality patient care, effective casualty management, clinical team supervision, and smooth day-to-day hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the hospital.
- Manage and supervise Casualty/Emergency services.
- Handle emergency and critical cases and ensure timely patient management.
- Perform and manage emergency procedures including intubation, ventilator management, and central line insertion.
- Supervise Duty Medical Officers and other medical staff.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing teams, and other hospital departments.
- Monitor patient care, clinical documentation, and compliance with hospital protocols.
- Handle clinical and hospital administrative activities.




- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital policies.
- Address clinical issues, patient concerns, and emergency situations effectively.
- Support the Unit Head/Hospital Management in ensuring smooth hospital operations.
- Conduct regular clinical reviews and support quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Eligibility
- MBBS from a recognized institution.
- 5-8 years of post-MBBS experience in a hospital setting.
- Experience in a secondary care multispeciality hospital is preferred.
- Strong experience in Casualty/Emergency management.
- Hands-on competency in Intubation, Ventilator Management, and Central Line Insertion.
- Experience in hospital administration and medical team management.
- Valuable communication, leadership, clinical decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
