Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Head of B2B Growth & Demand Generation to build, manage, and scale our B2B lead-generation and demand-generation engine across outbound and inbound channels.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across LinkedIn, Cold Email, Paid Advertising, CRM, Marketing Automation, AI, and Data Analytics, while taking ownership of the complete funnel from lead generation to qualified calls, opportunities, and sales.

This is a hands-on growth leadership role for someone who enjoys building systems, managing channel specialists, analyzing performance, solving funnel problems, and continuously improving marketing results.
