Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare and present monthly MIS, profitability analysis and performance reviews, translating financial results into actionable business insights and improvement opportunities.
- Drive the Annual Budget, Revised Estimates and Long-Term Business Plans, partnering with business functions to develop robust assumptions, identify risks and unlock growth opportunities.
- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closure, ensuring accurate reporting, Ind AS compliance and effective financial controls.
- Review Technical and Formulation cost sheets, analyse cost movements and evaluate their impact on product profitability, pricing and business decisions.
- Develop replacement cost analysis based on latest procurement prices, assess margin implications and partner with Sales/Marketing teams on pricing and profitability decisions.
- Be a Finance Business Partner and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to identify cost optimization,



margin improvement and profitable growth opportunities.
- Drive Working Capital Excellence by partnering with cross-functional teams to Strengthen working capital efficiency and improve cash conversion.
- Drive automation of MIS and management reporting through Power BI, AI-enabled use cases and data-driven analytics, enabling faster and better business decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in finance business partnering or similar role within the electronics industry.
- Robust background in financial planning & analysis (FP&A;) with expertise in cost sheet preparation.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data using tools such as variance analysis software.
- Strong knowledge of FP&A;, Budgeting & Planning, Manufacturing finance, Inventory valuation, and product costing.

Hands-on experience in SAP FICO/CO and advanced Excel is must.

- Exposure to Power BI is preferred.
