Assistant Manager / Manager ERP Sales

Description: Fleetx is looking for an experienced ERP Sales professional to drive new business growth by selling ERP/software solutions to B2B clients. The role will focus on lead conversion, consultative selling, client engagement, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end ERP software sales from lead generation, qualification, product demo, negotiation to closure.
- Generate and convert B2B leads through inside sales, outbound prospecting, referrals, and market research.




- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets by building a strong sales pipeline and maintaining healthy conversion ratios
- Understand client requirements and deliver consultative ERP solutions to fleet owners, transporters, and enterprise customers.
- Build strong client relationships, handle objections, track follow-ups, and ensure successful deal closure and handover.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- 3-7 years of experience in ERP / SaaS / Software Sales.
- Strong experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Valuable exposure to inside sales and lead conversion.
- Experience in selling ERP, TMS, CRM, or other enterprise software solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to conduct product demos and understand customer business requirements.
- Strong target orientation with proven revenue achievement.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Experience working with fleet, logistics, transportation, or supply-chain clients will be an added advantage
