Role & responsibilities

- Increasing branch walk-ins & sourcing new customers through local level activities.
- To increase awareness of Gold Loan branch in local areas & thereby increase branch business.
- Have clear understanding of documentation required in Gold Loan
- Understand process of Gold Loan disbursals.
- Ensure daily door to door & shop to shop marketing.
- Ensure that Gold Loan branch is popularized in catchment area of 5 square kilometers for enhancing walk-ins resulting in business.
