An asset management company offering mutual funds, PMS, AIFs and wealth management is hiring a Fund Manager for its Small Cap / Mid Cap strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Small Cap and Mid Cap equity portfolios
- Develop investment strategies aligned with fund mandates and risk parameters
- Conduct in-depth fundamental research and company analysis across sectors
- Lead idea generation, stock selection and portfolio construction
- Monitor portfolio performance, risk and liquidity; take buy / sell decisions with discipline
- Engage with company managements, analysts and the investment team
We are looking for a proven small / mid-cap track record, a deep understanding of Indian markets, sector dynamics and valuation frameworks, and demonstrated alpha generation with disciplined risk management.
